From the outset, we have employed cutting-edge technological tools to sculpt the form and function of this complex. Parametric modeling has allowed us to explore countless configurations, adjusting the volume of the towers to optimize orientation, views, and natural ventilation. Multi-objective optimization has become the compass that has guided each design decision, balancing aspects such as energy efficiency, privacy, and aesthetics.
The use of environmental simulation software has been essential to understand the behavior of the sun, wind, and temperature on the site. Thanks to this, we have achieved a bioclimatic design that maximizes indoor comfort, minimizing the need for artificial air conditioning. In addition, virtual reality has allowed us to immerse ourselves in the project from the early stages, validating design solutions and enabling an immersive experience for future residents.
The four towers sit on a shared base of amenities that includes infinity pools, gardens, a gym, children's play areas, co-working spaces, and event rooms.
