In this project, maximizing panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and optimizing solar exposure were the central drivers of the design. Using advanced algorithms, we analyzed multiple tower configurations—adjusting their orientation, height, and form—to ensure that every residence enjoys unmatched views and optimal natural light, while minimizing excessive heat gain.

The two towers rise from a dynamic, vibrant podium—an oasis of amenities designed to foster community living. This level features a scenic pool, paddle courts, gym, children’s playroom, gardens, and other leisure spaces carefully crafted for relaxation and recreation. Beneath it, an underground parking level provides both convenience and security for residents.
