Puerto Cancun

In this project, maximizing panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and optimizing solar exposure were the central axes of the design. Using advanced algorithms, we analyzed multiple configurations of the towers, adjusting their orientation, height, and shape to ensure that each apartment enjoyed unparalleled views and optimal natural lighting, while minimizing excessive heat gain.

The two towers emerge from a dynamic and vibrant base, an oasis of amenities that promotes community living. This space houses a scenic pool, paddle tennis courts, a gym, a playroom, gardens, and other spaces designed for recreation. Below this level, a parking basement provides comfort and security to the residents.
