The idea of this residential project arises from a study carried out on different types of buildings that respond to the dimensions of a property. Being able, in this way, to understand the optimal functioning of a residential building. Based on this starting point, given our site conditions, we generated two housing cells per level articulated by a vertical circulation.
This project was carried out by implementing the BIM system in all phases of the project in order to achieve a more functional, cheaper and faster solution. Understanding from its conception and development the architectural project, as well as the engineering and structure, obtaining as a result an integrated project in all its facets.
