This residential building located in the heart of Mexico City was built with the highest quality standards. By taking advantage of structural elements such as load-bearing walls and exposed steel beams, we created a modern living space that requires very low maintenance, yet retains the elegance and level of sophistication that the Polanco neighborhood offers to its residents. This mixed structure not only gave us architectural advantages, but also allowed us to complete the construction of the structure in a very short time.
