The façade renovation of this mixed-use building in the historic center of Mexico City was approached with deep sensitivity to its urban context. The design seeks to harmonize with the area’s rich architectural heritage, using forms and materials that engage in dialogue with the surrounding structures.

Particular attention was given to the selection of tones and textures that complement the neighborhood’s color palette, creating a smooth visual transition between the new and the existing. A key aspect of the design intent is to enhance the building’s proportions, emphasizing slenderness and elegance within the urban fabric.
