Alquería — From the Arabic “al-qaría,” meaning “the village.” A small rural community or estate located in agricultural areas. Traditionally, an alquería consisted of a cluster of houses or a single dwelling surrounded by farmland, primarily dedicated to agriculture or livestock.
Today, it stands as an exclusive and one-of-a-kind residential enclave, surrounded by majestic olive groves that offer an unparalleled experience of comfort, security, and elegance — set within the iconic landscape of the Valle de Guadalupe.
Among the olive trees that define Alquería’s scenery, the amenities unfold naturally, blending seamlessly with the terrain and its panoramic views. The clubhouse, with its open design, frames the valley and becomes the social heart of the community, featuring a gym, bar, swimming pool, steam room, and sauna. Beyond it, tennis and paddle courts, hiking trails, and camping areas emerge among the vegetation, while a multipurpose terrace provides the perfect setting to gather under the open sky.
