La Vela

La Vela is a project that consists of three housing towers, each with 5 apartments per floor on 7 levels; giving a total of 35 apartments per tower and 105 apartments altogether. The apartments are 300 and 400m². On the other hand, the layout of the land is elongated, which means that most of the front faces the internal road of Puerto Cancún in the direction of the south façade, while the north faces the canal and golf course._cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

The concept arises from the opportunity to create a building with a view for all departments without leaving any penalized. Seeking the view towards the canal and the golf course, the three towers are unwrapped by means of two tangential arches that provide the greatest development of the façade, as well as an optimization of shadows in the building to protect it from solar incidence.

The complex has an amenities area located on the north façade, including three swimming pools, a gym, a playroom, an adult lounge, a spa, palapas, a beach volleyball court, and a paddle tennis court. It also has an office center and barbecue area. All common areas have a view of the canal and golf course, providing a comfortable space for all users. Adding to the above, the orientation allows there to be airflow and a large area of shade, satisfying the needs that a hot climate demands.
